Subscriptions and Billing

Premium Subscriptions: By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees as presented at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile

Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Download, copy, or redistribute content except as explicitly allowed
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Use automated systems to access or scrape the service
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access

Intellectual Property

All content available on Lunara, including but not limited to audio files, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lunara or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content.

Content Availability

We strive to maintain our content library, but we do not guarantee that any particular content will be available at all times. Content may be added or removed from the platform at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service without notice.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is": Lunara is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service's reliability, availability, or quality.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination
